- 3 / 5By Jennifer YooWe had reservations at Steak in Grand Sierra for a birthday dinner but, when we got there, the hostess told us that their hoods were broken and could only serve us cold food if we ate there. It was only when I explained how important this dinner was, they involved the floor manager and got us a table at the Italian restaurant nearby with complimentary drinks and appetizers. They had tried to make reservations for us at another steak restaurant, but their phones weren't working either.. We ended up making the reservations ourselves for an hour later. Although it was a very nice gesture, it would have been a better experience if they had offered to help us with reservations right off the bat. And I don't understand how their phones weren't working. Get it together GS!March 19, 2017
