  Ordered and prepaid for a custom dessert for a dinner party (talked to the baker) and when I went to pick it up, they could not find it. Turns out it was never made. I never received a phone call. Just showed up and received a "can't find it, never got made". Lost my business for good. Still waiting for a refund (they can't figure out how to refund on a credit card - it's been two weeks). Really?!

  Great desserts, but lately the service has been ridiculously slow - even when all we ordered was premade stuff and a cup of water, waited like 10 minutes. On top of that, they now charge you when you use a debit card (it's common sense really, don't charge people to pay you, it's ludicrous). I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

  Called on a Thursday to order a cake for pick up on Sunday... went in on Sunday to pick up my cake and they said they forgot to make the cake.. they had my order form from when I called but they still had nothing to say and let us walk away with nothing. This was for my little brothers birthday... and now it was ruined. We had to go buy a nasty cake full of sugar from the store. I got a call from the owner Dawn on Monday he apologized and said that this never happens and that he was very sorry it happened to us. He said whenever i needed another cake that i was welcomed to order it and the cake was on them. My mom's birthday is today so they baked her a really pretty cake same type as original order (Vanilla strawberries with whipped cream) they truly make the best cake I've ever had.
