  I have never seen any gas station deny the use of a bathroom to a toddler who is potty training until now! I have been to other 7-11 locations that have allowed my daughter to use the bathroom because she's a child, or myself when pregnant with her... this store was a first. When told no, they even went as far as to say "we don't have a bathroom for anyone" with such an attitude that they made me feel as though they thought everyone was below them. I have never been so appalled by any store in my life. Not only will I never go to this store again; but I'll never go to a 7-11 again. Worst customer service I've ever seen. If I could it zero stars I would.

  The manager was extremely rude
  and as I left flied me off and told me to f**k my self as I left. He agreed with me about getting cash back and told me I wasn't aloud to.
  Which incorrect cause I had got money back 10 mins prior.

  There's a woman that works there, red haired lady, she is always in a foul mood. Almost everyone I know has had a bad experience with her, she is so incredibly rude. I have brought up my concerns with management, yet she is still there, nothing has been done about her. I can only give this place 1 star.... I would give it more if you would FIRE HER!!! I haven't been to this 7-Eleven in months, I used to be a regular customer, I can't stand her or her attitude.... and SHE'S ALWAYS THERE!! Lose her before you lose all your customers!!
